Red Hat Binarys

Ok, this is a silly question, but what's the best way to find RH provided
binarys? I've had some trouble installing htdig and everything I've read
is just to use the RH binaries if installing on Linux. I am using RH 9 and
can't find the proper htdig binaries on the RH site.
