Though I'm sure there's a software solution, I like using a NAT router,
like the Linksys BEFSR41. It handles all that for you. Just put the DSL on
the upstream port, then plug each computer into a port on it. Besides
that, I also have a Linksys Wireless Access Point plugged into one port so
my wife and I can sit here on the couch with our laptop computers (this
one running RH9). The router will also do port forwarding so one of the
machines can serve as a web, email, or whatever server.
