Start with a perusal of Appendix G of The Fine Manual
http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-8.0-Manual/install-guide/
If nothing there helps you, post your /boot/grub/grub.conf and the
output of
fdisk -l # That's an "ell" as in list.
df
and we can probably get you going.
