You must configure your router to make mapping.
When somebody ask for port 21 (default ftp port),your
router should redirect that ask to your laptop,which
I supposed that have got a private IP.
Most of router have a web configuration, try to put
your router IP (the private one) on your browser.
A menu must appear on that browser and you will be
able to make your mapping
