Yes, it was.  I would highly suggest doing what Michael said, but I'd
go a step further and unplug and reseat ALL of your PCI cards AND your
RAM sticks.  Make sure you use a static ground strap when you play with
the RAM sticks (or keep part of your body in contact with the metal
chassis of the machine at ALL times).

You (and Michael) should also bottom-post to this list (post your
responses AFTER what you're responding to as I have).
