Looks like your machine was attempting a remote boot (or at least 
looking for a bootp server.  This could be caused by a boot rom on 
your NIC. (Looking at the message above, you have a boot rom on your 
NIC.)  If you don't need to boot remotely, best to remove the boot 
ROM.
