DHCP suddenly not working

You'd think, huh?  I tried those already, multiple times, even first 
thing in the morning when the line was "cold."  Nada.  Then I'd check 
with windows (unplug, move the cable, boot windows box) and it comes up. 

Something is fishy, I can't figure out what tho.
