Redhat 3.0 AS Upgrade before install redhat as 2.1

Hello,

We received our Dell Server with "redhat 2.1 as" but we want to start with
"red hat 3.0" as from the beginning...maybe we got less problems then with
a later upgrade?

Where can I download the rh3.0as images? or what steps i need to take?
(Install 2.1 before changing to 3.0)
