Temp mail host (rh8 to rh9)

I'm going to be copying my server which runs RH8.0 from an 8GB to a 40GB
disk (earlier post...). It's a live system and I'll be bringing it down
during the install and copy.

I plan to point my firewall to a second RH system running RH9 and put up a
simple page for each domain I host stating that the sytem will be
unavailable, etc...

I'm wondering if there's some [relatively simple] way to allow email in
and put it in a queue to be delivered later...
