installing redhat linux on proliant ml370

Hello experts,
while installing red hat linux ES AS 3 on compaq proliant ml370,  i get the following message after detecting raid storage controllers " no hard drive found " & then after adding the detected drivers it goes till it reaches
automatic partitioning or manual partitioning & then whatever i choose it say error & reboots.
 
any help is highly appreciated.
