File sharing with secure access

Hello,

We are using RHAL 3.0. samba we are using for file
sharing acorss network.

how do we give read write permission to same folder
with one user and how do we give only read permission
to same folder to another user.

kindly note that the sharing folder configured using
samba will be mapped as logical drive on windows
client.
