FC3 media check failure workaround

Hello Folks, the fix for the FC3 media check failure on the

Web site (boot: linux media check nocddma) does not work on my system (P4 3G, hda 200G (Win XP SP2), hdb 40G(FC2), Radeon 9800XXL video) but if you still have your FC2 CDs then boot FC2 CD1 and when it asks if you want to check the media right arrow to the 'Eject CD' button then insert your FC3 CDs and run the media check. If all check OK then DO NOT forget to REBOOT your system before going ahead with the installation of FC3 (different kernels). The media check problem is caused by a bug in the FC3 kernel (@#$%^&* 2.6 kernels)
