10g emctl error - Integration Class not found

Dear Friends,

Sorry may not be the right forum....but this issue is something to do
with Linux OS, so I am seeking some help here.

Linux ES3.0 - Oracle 10g

I could not get my Enterprise manager DB console working properly. I
get my initial screen by typing the URL
htt://hostname:5500/em
I could login to this. Then after I try to click the 'Maintenance
link', it asked for usr name and pwd again. Upon given them and try to
login I got a error
- SO Exception was generated

I checked the log at /opt/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_1/app01/sysman/log

it has the following information

So I re-installed the necessary Enterprise DB console, thinking that
it will install the necessary jar files, but the same problem exists.

Can anybody share their ideas with me?
