yes, just go ahead and install windows in it's current partition, then when
you are done you will need to use rescue disk to boot linux and reinstall
grub with grub-install or lilo with lilo. There are some howto's out there
if you want a step by step approach but this is relatively simple. Now if
you need to resize partitions then that can also be done with parted and
some other partition routines.
