noob to network install

I want to do a network install with a given kickstart file.
questions:

a) how do i pass options once i have booted using my 1.44 MB,My Network
Administrator has kept the necessary files (all RedHat Subdirs from the
4 cds) as an NFS export on a remote server, how do i mount after boot
up  and start Installations and also ask it to read stuff from a
kickstart file

b) Is there any way to do this on a system which doesnt have slot for
any floppy disks.
