now the error comes as

 

"aclocal:'configure.ac' or configure.in' is required

 

any explanation for it and what shall i do to get rid of it Please?

You need to run aclocal and automake in the same directory that your source
files (project files) are in.  KDevelop created a configure.in file in that
directory when it created the project.
