I use qpopper, the dovecot get change the password ?

No. FC4 and FC5 use dovecot, not UofW (c-client) nor popper
(Qualcomm/Eudora). poppassd is a Eudora-specific program and was used
with popper.
For users to change their password, they have to go through one of the
standard password changing mechanisms. See
/usr/share/doc/dovecot-1.0/auth.txt
on your machine for details.
