setting up VNc Server on linux

Hello Rick

we have few IBM workstation 6217 with RHEL 4, and we need to setup remote 
desktop on them to work on the systems remotely.

what we heard there is VNC server in redhat bydefault, i need to know how to 
configure it?

and is there any other tool available to use desktop remotelly on linux
