boot after kernel panic

Hi

i can't access a redhat AS2.1

after a power failure can boot this message appear:
kernel panic can't continius

are some way to boot... an easy way?

or just acces from another linux, or with boot disk to try recover some
files?

the server is a proliant dl 580 with array raid 5.

i appreciate any comment about this issue.
