Problem during installation RHEL4 on HP DL320

Dear all,

I have problem during installation of RHEL4 Update 3 on HP DL320 G2 server. When I'm trying to format newly created partition systems hangs, and only power off can help to reboot system. I'm tried to format partition several times with distinct options, but nothing helps. And I'm also tried to install RHEL4 without format (keep old formatting) but again I faced same problem. 

May be I must upgrade Smart Array firmware version?
