Hmm, irrt hier der gute Sender nicht (klar , 1.4.2000, aber das mit dem
Copyright des Kernels) ?
Meines Wissens war das doch der Knackpunkt, Linus hat den Kernel
beigesteuert, Stallman mit seiner "Gnu Public Licence", GPL, die
entsprechende rechtliche Seite...
Sonst würde sich Linux ja in nichts (Lizenzrechtlich gesehen) von z.B.
DOS unterscheiden...
