KDE + New Apps

I am using KDE 1.0 and would like to add FileRunner. 

I don't understand how to go about that. I would like it to 
invokable from within KDE. I haven't been able to find any
info on how one adds applications to the environment ...

Anybody have any thoughts about this ???
