Clock is frequently wrong

Whenever I leave my computer unattended for a few hours, the clock shows the
wrong time when I get back (no one else has access).  It gets behind a few hours
during the time that the screensaver kicks in.  I'm using RedHat5.0 with KDE -
any ideas?
