Fine point: tcpdchk warns me that the service "FTP" allowed in hosts.allow
isn't in inetd.conf. But 'ftp' is. Does case matter in hosts.allow/deny?
Does it have to match case in inetd.conf? The hosts.* are just copies of
the examples in the man pages and I haven't modified inetd.conf except to
comment stuff out.
