Basics are very simple :

Compile the drivers for both cards in the kernel (or as modules).

The kernel by default only recognises the first card it finds. For the other
card add the following to /etc/lilo.conf

append="ether=<config>"

in my case :

append="ether=9,0x340,eth1"


Then set up routing and that sort of things.
