qmail aliases

Hi all...

I've just set up qmail to replace sendmail and everything works fine
except for two things --

1) How do I configure the /var/mail/rc to start up upon reboot (which file
do I add it to? I've tried adding it to rc.local, no dice) and also, in
which file do I put the tcpserver line? Tried to put that in rc.local too
and they still don't want to start up during reboot...

2) How do I configure aliases? I have a .qmail-postmaster file in ~alias
for example, with the only line in it being myuser host domain com and
it's not working, but I'm not getting the message back either when I send
mail to postmaster blood cmj com

Any thoughts?
