Building a firewall

Hi all...

I am in the position where I need to build a firewall.  I am using
Redhat 5.1 on all my boxes and have read the HOW-TO doc on building a
firewall but that was based on version 3.X of Redhat.

Does anyone have any pointers as to where I might find up-to-date
documentation on how to accomplish this.  My desire is to restrict
incoming traffic to the local lan and allow all traffic from out the
local lan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
