Connecting small network to the internet

I have to connect a small network to the Internet using regular connection
to the ISP. Is it possible to set it the way that the ISP will be dialled
automatically by the Linux box when any user launches its browser or starts
Outlook on the station? It would be similar to Wingate on Windows.

If yes could someone list the steps to do this set-up?
