frustration with redhat archives; utility that updates sysV scripts?

frustration: the redhat-list search on the redhat site has been broken for
weeks now.  on top of that, the egroups archive is screwed up as well. 

can anyone remind me the name of the utility that updates the runlevel
links for sysV init scripts in RedHat?
