help whith libraries

Could you help me please ...

i've got a big problem, I've got only the 'cdd' command which works.
when I try an other one, the result is:
For exemple 'ls':
ls:error in loading shared libraries
/usr/i486-linux-libc5/lib: cannot map file data: Operation not
supported by device

I 've tried to run ldconfig but it didn't resolve my problem.
What can I do ?
