That's sort of an oxymoron, using 'good' and 'foxpro' together in a
sentence, isn't it? :) There are plenty of decent DBs for Linux.
PostGreSQL comes with RedHat and is available seperately at
www.postgresql.org, MySQL(www.tcx.se), MSQL(do a web search, dont
remember), and of course berkeley DB for simpler non-SQL purposes. If
you want/need ANSI-compliance, go with PostGres. If you don't care but
still want a 'full-featured' DB, try MySQL. Sybase, oracle and Informix
are available in one form or another for free under Linux, but I tend to
ignore them, as I believe them to be 'limited use', not to mention not
free on other platofrms as the above are. Unless of course, it's for a
company project! :)
