Hi, I suffered for about a day with this one, and bugged the list 
like crazy...

anyway, in my case, I had downloaded all the file on a WIN'95 PC and
the ftp'd them onto the linux box...

The files went across in "UPPERCASE" and not "lowercase",

so rename all the files you patiently downloaded to lowercase and then
you should be okay...
