Can I use a SUN optical mouse.

Someone just gave me a SUN optical mouse. It sez Model M4 Mouse Systems on
the bottom of the mouse.

I'm running RH5.2 on a PC. Can I run this? Is there some sort of adapter
for what looks like a telephone connector to the mouse port I'm using now?
