CD-ROM mounting

I am having problems mounting a second CD-ROM.
Both are SCSI: the currently mounted one is scd0 mounted as
/mnt/cdrom. I am trying to mount the second [scd1] as cdrom1 as
/mnt/cdrom1. I have established file type as iso9660 and generally
copied the fstab entry for the first as the second.
Whenever I try to mount cdrom1 I receive the following error;
"wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/scd1. or too many
mounted filesystems"
I have two [2] ext2 filesystems and two msdos file systems automounted.
Pointers? All help appreciated.
TIA
Bob Hartung
