Server Error

Greetings,

	I'm getting the following in the error logs:

	[Tue Sep 29 20:00:32 1998] access to
/usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/index.cgi failed for
pipe1-22.beachnet.com, reason: script not found or unable to stat 

	Trust me, the script is there. The permissions are correct, but I
haven't got a clue as to what "unable to stat" means.

	Anybody Know?
