Remote lpd permissions (hosts.lpd)

I am setting up remote lpd printing between 2 Linux hosts. When I put the
client in /etc/hosts & /etc/hosts.lpd it works fine, but if I put just a "+"
in /etc/hosts.lpd, the server won't accept the job.

What should I put in /etc/hosts.lpd to allow print jobs from any host ?
