No, because it Windows :)

RedHat DOES support Joliet CD's. I use it all the time..

Windows doesn't support the file names that the RedHat install uses.
Especially names with xxx.xxx.xxx are converted to xxx-xxx.xxx, and the
install doesn't like it.

One of the ISO levels should do it, if you make the image in Linux and then
transfer to Windows.

Because Windows does some converting, see comment on top.

Mount a file as filesystem, copy everything you need, and copy the file to
Windows, and burn it.

Best solution : Get the XCDRoats. Always works, because it is a X-Windows
program.
