Noel,
Signing your emails with PGP depends on a lot of things- the first of
which is which email program you're using which you failed to state. I
prefer to use Pine and Premail. There are many other good combinations.
As for writing a FAQ on it, generally I do not write the actual FAQ's-
most of my time is maintaining the FAQ and improving it. (Not to mention
going to school, spending time with friends, and working full time!)
