Have you defined the user majordomo ???

How does it look your majordomo alias ???

it looks like it is something like this

majordomo: |/usr/local/majordomodomo-1.94.4/.....

and your $homedir in majodomo.cf should be something like

$homedir = ?/usr/local/majordomo-1.94.4"

is this correct ??
If it is, are all the rest of the xxxxxxxxxxxx.pl also in /usr/local/majordomo-1.94.4 ???

In my case I put all majordomo in /home/majordom/.... so my alias look
like this:

majordomo: |/home/majordom/majordomo-1.94.4/wrapper....

$homedir = "/home/majordom/majodomo-1.94.4"

It looks like if the $mailer variable is not set in majordomo.cf

in my case they are

$sendmail_command = "usr/sbin/sendmail"
$mailer = "$sendmail_command -oi -oee -f\$sender
