Changing FROM header reccord in PINE 4.05

Has anybody been successful in changing the from header record in Pine. 

I installed Pine 4.05 from the rpm in contrib/hurricane/i386 

I follow the instructions in tech-notes.txt:

1. added allow-changing-from=yes to ~/.pinerc
2.added customized-hdrs=From: Agustin Navarro <anavarro vip eniac com>

However, it continues to produce the same header anyway.

Can anybody help ???
