Re: Ping return for down hosts



Internic no longer handles assigning internet IP addresses, that falls under
ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) http://www.arin.net.  They now
have utilization quotas, to have your class c considered properly managed you
must have 80% utilization by ping and all addresses must revearse lookup.
