To get pine sending mail as myusername istar ca instead of
root istar ca, log in as myusername instead of root.  Without changing
source code it isn't really possible to log in as one user name and send
mail from pine as another user name.  It's not really a good idea to log
in as root for normal activity anyway.  There is too much chance for
doing serious damage to your filesystem that way.
