I have recently installed a Creative Graphics Exxtreme Graphics card in my
Linux Server, and all of a sudden my TCP/IP network has dropped in
performance (i.e. when you telnet or ftp from a PC to Server).  This also
causes the PC connecting to the Server to hand completely.

Does anyone have any ideas.
