Check the Diamond Multimedia v.90 modem (it's really a Supra).  Works
great in my box, and you can run it either as a PnP or jumpered.  It's
also has support for high IRQ's so if you've used all your low ones you're
still in good shape.  And it's cheaper than the 3com/USR.
