RH 5.1
NetServer LH Pro w/SureStore DAT24
My approximate configuration based on the tape capacity
(in this case, using a DD2 120m tape):
/sbin/dump 0nuBf 4000000 /dev/nst0 FILESYSTEM
works well. I was wondering, however, if anybody had more
precise tips/best practices. Also, how does one control
compression? mt -f /dev/nst0 returns nothing (is it supposed to,
or does this set compression to ON?).
Thanks!
