Applying kernel upgrade (again)

Hello,

I saw several threads about upgrading the kernel, but I still don't get it, can
anyone help me? I use RHL 5.1.

1. What files should I get for the upgrade? I plan to get these files, correct
me if I'm wrong:
	kernel-2.0.35-2.i386.rpm
	kernel-headers-2.0.35-2.i386.rpm
	kernel-ibcs-2.0.35-2.i386.rpm
	kernel-pcmcia-cs-2.0.35-2.i386.rpm
	kernel-source-2.0.35-2.i386.rpm
	initscripts-3.67-1.i386.rpm

2. Do I have to uninstall the old kernel first?

3. What are the step-by-step commands to apply the upgrade?

4. Are there any files that needs to be modified/changed?

Maybe that's all for now :-). I'll appreciate for any assistance. TIA
