Do you mean you want a voice mail app on Linux answer phone calls while
you're connected via you modem to the same phone line? No.
PacBell (my local phone company) sells a voice mail product that runs on
thier servers, so if my line is busy the caller can still leave me a
message.
The other option is to get another form of internet access- 2nd phone
line, ADSL, cable modem, etc. Some will/will not be available in your
area.
If you mean a voice mail app that will answer the phone via your modem
when you're not using the phone line, I don't know of one.
