chooser and hosts load

Hello,

I run 4 hosts under linux (3 redhat, 1 debian). If I set up a chooser on X
terminals to log onto my servers, the chooser looks like this
esquirol.etud		Available (load 0.03)
rangueil.etud		(Willing to manage) 
blagnac.etud		(Willing to manage) 
jaures.etud		(Willing to manage)

esquirol is the debian box.

How must I configure the redhat servers to inform about their load in the
chooser ?
