Hi,
I'm new to the Linux scene. I've used NT so far, and I set my machine to
be dual boot. I load Linux from disk. Do you know how to load NT via
LILO? Is this safe?
Thanx,
Daniel

It sounds like your machine already boots NT through the boot loader.
Linux may be installed past the 1024th cylinder, so it is possible that
you could put LILO in the boot record and still not be able to boot Linux.
I would use the NT loader to boot Linux as well, were I you.
I have a Dell PE2200 right here at work that does it.
Check out http://sunsite.unc.edu/mdw/HOWTO/mini/Linux+NT-Loader.html
You already have most of the work done. Just copy the beginning of the
boot sector to a floppy, reboot into NT, copy that boot image to NT's root,
edit your boot.ini file, and you're off...
