Matt, in general the updates are handled in tow different ways. Put all the
non-kernel upgrades into one directory & do an "rpm -Uvh *.rpm" This will
take care of the dependency problems, unless it refers to things you simply
don't have installed.
The kernel rpms should be _installed_, not upgraded. This is covered in quite
some detail in the errata instructions.
